Report and photos - Pat Diskin
Well done to all the Slí Cualann athletes that travelled to Carraig na bhFear in Cork for the National Intermediate and Masters Cross Country Championships.
Terence Byrne finished in 20th position in the Intermediate Championships while his dad Mick competed in the Masters Championships and finished in a very credible 12th position. He was 5th overall in the V3 category.
His club mate Cormac Conroy made his debut at these championships and finished in 22nd position. Not bad for a first outing. Well done also to Michael Byrne who competed in the Intermediate championships.
