The Athletics Wicklow 5km Road Race Championships will take place on Wednesday, 5th June at Arklow Rugby Club. Registration Opening Soon Alongside Further Details.  There will be a Shot Put Webinar on Thursday 11th April at 8pm. It is free of charge and open to all.
 The Final Round (R5) the 2023-2024 Juvenile League will take place this Thursday 2nd May.
Location: Rathdrum Rugby Club Start time: 7pm Course: Grass Loop. Stewards: if you have athletes competing you must provide stewards / officials to assist with this competition. Bib: Please use Bib numbers already allocated for the Juvenile League. Distances: Tiny Tots: 200m U/8: 400m U/10: 800m U/12: 1200m U/14-15: 1600m  An Assistant Coaches Course will be held on April 27th at Shoreline Leisure by Neil Taylor, the Regional Development Officer in our area . Please note that a minimum number of participants is required to make the course viable. The aim of the assistant coach course is to give some basic skills to the beginner coach to help assist a more senior coach in the delivery of coaching sessions to young athletes. Round 5 (even ages) will take place on Saturday, April 6th at 10:30 am in Rooster Park, Avoca!  The Athletics Wicklow Track and Field Championships will take place on Wednesday 8th May, Friday 10th and Saturday 11th May. A full timetable of the events will be issued shortly. |
