The Intermediate Cross Country Championship is a key event in the Athletics Wicklow calendar.

 

It provides an important platform for athletes who have progressed beyond the Novice level but are not yet competing at Senior standard.

The Intermediate Championship is a vital stepping-stone within Wicklow athletics. It creates fair competition for athletes at a similar stage of development while offering the chance to experience the intensity of championship racing.

This championship gives developing runners the chance to race in a highly competitive environment, represent their club  and prepare for the next stage in their athletic journey.
