INAUGURAL 10K CHAMPIONSHIPS – RACE INFORMATION
The countdown is on to Saturday’s Inaugural Athletics Wicklow 10K Road Race Championships which takes place in conjunction with The Lakes 10km! Here are a few important things for all clubs, athletes and volunteers to note ahead of race day.
Race Start: 10:45am
Bib Numbers: Please arrange for one member from each club to collect your club’s bib numbers.
Parking: Please check the attached parking information and plan your arrival accordingly.
County Volunteers: Volunteers should report to the volunteer tent by 10:20am. If you are available to help out, your support would be greatly appreciated.
Team Declarations: Team declarations must be submitted by 8:00pm on Friday.
Teams will be required for the following categories:
Juniors (16–20)
Senior
O35
O50
Post-Race Refreshments: We would greatly appreciate it if each club could bring some refreshments for the post-race gathering. It will be a great opportunity for athletes, clubs, volunteers and supporters to come together after the championships.
