Athletics Wicklow Off-Road Championships
The inaugural Athletics Wicklow off-road running championships took place in August 2022. Since then, the event has been hosted by Glendalough A.C and organised alongside their annual Run the Ridge Mountain Trail Race.
Club Cup Trophy
A notable highlight of this championship is the Club Cup Trophy. Each year, the club that accumulates the highest medal count, following the Olympic scoring system, is awarded a specially commissioned trophy. The trophy was designed by artist Richie Healy and sponsored by host club Glendalough AC.
